This will be a hybrid conference (virtual and face-to-face) held on October 21, 2026, and the excursion will be organized on October 22 to a mine in the North of Vietnam. The conference is under the auspices of the Society of Mining Professors and the International Social Security Association – Prevention in Mining.

Paper manuscripts should be prepared in English. All submissions are subject to a blind peer review process. Only accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN index and considered for oral presentation. Qualified papers will have the opportunity to be selected for publication in the Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business or Gadjah Mada International Journal of Business (indexed in Scopus). Posters are the other alternative to oral presentations.
